1.Where is your factory located? Can I visit it?
Our factory is located in Guangdong Province, China, with advanced caster production equipment and professional team. Customers are welcome to arrange on-site visit or third party factory inspection at any time, we can also provide online video factory inspection service.
2.Do you provide samples? What is the sample cost?
Yes, we can provide 1-2 samples for standard model casters (excluding shipping cost), a fee may be charged for large quantity customized or special specification samples, but the sample fee can be returned for subsequent orders.
3.What kind of transportation can you provide?
We support sea freight, air freight, international express (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.), and provide different transportation solutions according to customers’ needs. All products are strictly packed before leaving the factory in thickened cartons, wooden boxes or pallets to ensure no damage during transportation.
4.Can you accept small orders?
