41 SERIES PLATFORM

One heavy duty bracket platform, configured around your equipment and floor.

The JESS 41 Series is a top-plate caster family for industrial carts, machinery bases, mobile workstations and material-handling equipment. Standard wheel diameters range from 4 to 8 inches, with published single-caster loads from 250 to 400 kg.

The same series supports swivel, rigid, side-brake and total-brake configurations. Wheel and core options can then be selected around floor protection, rolling noise, impact absorption, operating temperature and static-control requirements.

Match the load
Allow for uneven floors and dynamic impact.
Match the wheel
Compare floor, noise, exposure and starting force.
Match the configuration
Verify plate, clearance and brake function.
Confirm the model
Review drawings before production.

41 SERIES PRODUCT MODELS

Start with the wheel construction that best matches your operating conditions.

These are representative 41 Series configurations with dedicated product pages. Final load, bracket, brake and environmental suitability should be confirmed for the selected model.

WHEEL AND CORE SELECTION

Choose the wheel construction by floor, rolling demand and operating environment.

Wheel color alone does not define performance. Compare tread, core, floor condition, rolling distance and environmental exposure before confirming a model.

PU rubber TPR nylon and PP wheel options for 41 Series casters

Choose by working conditions—not wheel color.

Match tread and core to load, floor, noise, rolling distance, exposure and starting-force requirements.

PROCUREMENT CHECKLIST

Confirm the application first, then narrow the configuration.

Four inputs help avoid selecting a caster only by wheel appearance or nominal load.

1

Calculate the working load

Provide equipment weight, payload, caster quantity, speed, impact and threshold conditions.

2

Describe floor and environment

Confirm flooring, debris, oil, moisture, chemicals, temperature and static-control needs.

3

Confirm installation data

Check diameter, overall height, plate, bolt pattern, mounting holes and swivel clearance.

4

Select movement and braking

Define swivel and rigid positions, then choose side brake, total brake or no brake.

DIMENSIONS AND MODEL DATA

Verify the mounting dimensions before confirming a 41 Series model.

The values below summarize the standard published platform. Final dimensions and rated load may vary by wheel material, bracket and special configuration.

Send JESS your installation requirements.

Include required load, wheel diameter, height limit, plate size, bolt pattern, floor, brake requirement and quantity. A drawing or reference photo helps confirm the closest model.

Wheel size Wheel Ø × width Overall height Published load
4 inch 100 × 50 mm 143 mm 250 kg
5 inch 125 × 50 mm 165 mm 300 kg
6 inch 150 × 50 mm 190 mm 350 kg
8 inch 200 × 50 mm 241 mm 400 kg
Published platform reference: top plate 114 × 101 mm; bolt-hole spacing 84 × 70 mm; mounting hole 11.2 × 19.6 mm; top-plate mounting. Request the model-specific drawing before finalizing holes, clearances or tooling.
MOVEMENT AND BRAKING

Configure tracking, maneuverability and equipment parking.

Choose the arrangement according to equipment length, maneuvering space, towing method and parking requirements.

APPLICATION FIT

Match the caster to the equipment—not only to the total weight.

Review movement, floor and installation conditions before selecting a representative configuration.

Heavy Industrial Carts

Confirm gross weight, floor joints, impact, travel distance and caster arrangement.

Warehouse Trolleys

Compare starting force, noise, aisle conditions, debris and long straight runs.

Mobile Machinery

Verify center of gravity, plate strength, vibration and brake holding needs.

Production-Line Equipment

Consider movement frequency, positioning, floor care and operator push effort.

PRODUCTION AND INSPECTION

Key controls for repeat orders and model consistency.

For OEM and distribution programs, consistent dimensions, assembly and function matter as much as a single approved sample.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Questions to confirm before ordering 41 Series heavy duty casters.

Add the equipment weight and maximum payload, then allow for uneven floors, impact and operating conditions. Do not assume that all four casters always share the load equally. Send JESS the total weight, caster quantity and application details for confirmation.

PU is commonly considered for wear resistance and lower rolling effort on industrial floors. Rubber and TPR can provide quieter movement and cushioning. The choice also depends on debris, oil, moisture, rolling distance and floor-protection requirements.

Both use a PU tread with a metal core. An iron core provides a rigid conventional construction, while an aluminum core can reduce wheel weight. Confirm load, duty cycle, environment and cost before choosing.

The 41 Series supports swivel, rigid and brake configurations across its main size range. Availability can vary by wheel material and model, so confirm the required combination before ordering.

Confirm wheel diameter and width, overall height, plate dimensions, bolt-hole spacing, mounting-hole size, swivel clearance and brake clearance. Send a drawing when the caster must fit an existing frame.

The standard project reference is an MOQ from 200 pieces and a lead time of approximately 15–30 days. Final terms depend on material, configuration, customization, packaging and quantity.

OEM/ODM support can include selected wheel colors, product marking, labels and export packaging. Feasibility and MOQ should be confirmed for the requested material and design.

Provide wheel size, required load, equipment weight, floor condition, mounting dimensions, swivel/rigid/brake arrangement, operating environment, quantity, destination country and any branding or packaging requirements.
