High-Quality Screw Mounted Casters by JESS

We use high-precision equipment to process the threads, such as CNC lathe or thread rolling process, to ensure that the accuracy of the screw rods is controlled at ±0.05mm (e.g. metric M6/M8/M10, imperial 1/4″-20, etc.). We also use thread adhesive pre-coating and lock nut configuration to prevent loosening caused by long time use of casters.

With automated production lines in our caster factory, we support large volume orders with a monthly production capacity of 500,000 sets of casters. We are equipped with stringent procedures for full inspection of thread fit, wheel load testing and salt spray testing, among others. We have been supplying to a European customer for 5 years with a complaint rate of less than 0.1%.

We support customized thread specifications (e.g. non-standard fine threads), wheel diameters, colors, materials, etc., and provide integrated caster solutions. We can assist customers to optimize the design of mounting holes to avoid structural interference. We have developed stainless steel threaded casters specialized in aseptic environment for a medical equipment factory, completed sampling and all tests in 3 weeks, and reached a long-term partnership.
