Supplier to a renowned American furniture factory

JESS Caster not only provides high quality casters, we care about the needs of each customer. Our story, which began at a common industry trade show, became a turning point that led us to a long-lasting relationship with a well-known American furniture manufacturer.

From the trade show: the first contact

It all started at a trade show. At that time, JESS Caster’s casters attracted the attention of the furniture manufacturer. They were looking for a high-performance solution for their products, especially for office chairs and sofas, and needed a hard-wearing and quiet caster that would ensure smooth movement of the furniture without compromising the design.

On the show floor, our products were highly praised by them for their superior quietness and long-lasting durability. As the communication deepened, they decided to visit our factory in person to further understand our product quality and production capacity.

Deeper understanding: multiple visits and customized solutions

As their contact increased, the factory representatives came to our company several times to discuss their product needs with our team. With their needs analysis and our technical support, JESS Caster proposed several customized caster solutions.

Their office chairs needed a very smooth gliding sensation and to be able to remain quiet in a busy office environment without disturbing their employees’ work. We designed special office chair casters for this purpose, which not only support prolonged use, but are also able to withstand the weight bearing in most office environments, while maintaining a smooth, noiseless sense of operation.

For their sofa products, the situation is different. The sofa casters need to withstand greater loads, and they need to ensure smoothness and no wobbling when the sofa is moved. We designed sofa-specific casters for this purpose. These casters not only have a strong load-bearing capacity, but also ensure stability and a sense of quietness when the furniture is in use.

The result: satisfied customers, long-term cooperation

In close cooperation with the customer, JESS Caster provided customized casters that successfully solved their needs. Our cooperation with this American furniture manufacturer was not only completed smoothly, but also with a very satisfied customer. Each caster fits their design concept perfectly, and the quietness and durability of the casters are highly evaluated in the actual use of office chairs and sofas.

Most importantly, this cooperation has established a long-term trust between JESS Caster and the customer. As our customers continue to grow, our caster solutions continue to support them.
