JESS Workshop Adopts Precision Machining Process
Use precision lathe to process the bearing housings to ensure that the fit tolerance with 6205 or 6300 series bearings is ≤ 0.05mm to reduce rolling resistance. In addition, rubber wheels are vulcanized to enhance elasticity, polyurethane wheels are centrifugally cast to reduce air bubbles, and the roundness error of wheel surface is controlled within ±1mm.
JESS Caster Perfect Production Inspection
IQC (incoming material inspection): Sampling and testing of raw materials such as steel and rubber (e.g. tensile strength of rubber ≥15MPa).
IPQC (Process Inspection): Setting up inspection points in key processes such as stamping, welding, injection molding, etc. (e.g. X-ray inspection of welding seam).
OQC (shipping inspection): 100% appearance inspection (no burrs, scratches) and sampling function test (e.g. brake sensitivity).
JESS Selection of The Best Materials for Casters
Depending on the application we offer high abrasion-resistant nylon (for smooth floors), natural rubber (vibration and noise damping), or polyurethane (oil and chemical resistant), and the raw materials are tested for hardness (e.g., Shore A hardness test), tensile strength, etc., before they are put into storage. High-quality carbon steel (galvanized surface to prevent rust) or 304 stainless steel (corrosion-resistant) is used, and the composition is verified by a spectrum analyzer to see if it meets standards.

MOQ for small size casters is usually 500-1000pcs, depending on material and design. We support to provide samples (postage paid) and ship within 3-5 days.
